Deephaven Boat Launch & Beach parking stickers are available for purchase by non-residents for the 2024 season (May 1 - October 1). Non-residents may purchase at City Hall
Deephaven's beaches and Carson Bay boat launch are open to residents and non-residents, but the parking areas require a permit.
Permit-only parking areas are patrolled and enforced from May 1 to October 1.
This includes the parking areas at Deephaven Beach, Robinson's Bay Beach, Rocky Beach, Nocomo Beach and the boat launch at Carson's Bay, which are marked by Parking by Permit Only signs.
People with a disability parking permit from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety may use the permit-only parking areas, and do not need a City parking permit sticker.
There are two types of Deephaven parking permit stickers. They are valid for one season and the color changes every year.
- Beach Parking Permit - enables parking in permit-only lots at parks and beaches, does not have a serial number, and costs $60 for Non-Residents.
- Boat Launch Parking Permit - enables parking at the Carson's Bay parking lot as well as all the parks and beaches, has a serial number, and costs $120 for Non-Residents.
Residents automatically receive two serialized Boat Launch Parking Permit stickers in the mail (to Deephaven addresses only) at the end of April each year. Non-Residents must purchase these parking stickers.
