*NEW* Utility Billing Online Payments
You can now pay your utility bill by check, savings, credit card or debit card online. You can also view your bill and amount due online. We use Payment Service Network (PSN) to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
Please click the link below to access their website and get started:
Once you register, it’s easy to make a payment using either a checking account or credit card by clicking the “one-time payment” button in the screenshot below. To set up ACH payments, choose “manage auto-pay”. For assistance, please contact PSN Customer service at 866-917-7368.
Please note that a fee of $2.00 for e-checks or 3.25% for credit cards is charged by PSN for each online transaction, including ACH.
UPCOMING CHANGES TO ACH (AUTO-PAY)
Our ACH (auto-pay) payment system will be moved to PSN starting with the October billing cycle. Whereas in the past, banking information was submitted to the City, which would pull your utility bill payments from your accounts each quarter, this will allow you to manage your payments and bank information directly. Existing accounts will NOT transfer to this new system the way that they did when we switched to postcards, so all existing and new ACH customers will be required to create an account at PSN in order to remain on ACH.
RESIDENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE ACH: we will still pull your payment for the July bill the first week of August the usual way. If you would like to remain on ACH, you will need to sign up on PSN for a new ACH account in time for the next quarterly bill. Reminder letters will be sent before October 1 to all existing ACH customers.
RESIDENTS WHO DON’T ALREADY HAVE ACH: please pay your July bill as you normally would. You can then sign up on PSN for ACH if you would like it to begin for the next bill cycle.
NEW AND EXISTING ACH CUSTOMERS: It is very important to set the start date for your new ACH account on PSN for October 1 to avoid duplicate payments!
