The City of Deephaven would like to share an update on the Lift Station L48 Improvements project. Restoration work is now beginning, with lighter impacts expected this season. Upcoming work will include paving, driveway patching, site cleanup, and landscape restoration along portions of Cottagewood Road, Ridgewood Road, and Vine Hill Road.
Work is scheduled to continue over the next several weeks, including fence installation, final pavement work, seeding, and remaining punch list items. Please note that schedules may change due to weather or other construction factors. Additional updates will be shared as needed.
