2026 Street Improvement Project – Upcoming Open Houses
The City of Deephaven invites residents to attend one of two upcoming open houses to learn more about the 2026 Street Improvement Project. City Staff and the City Engineer will be available to review the project area, answer questions, and gather feedback from residents.
Open House Dates:
- Wednesday, November 20 – 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, December 2 – 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Deephaven City Hall, 20225 Cottagewood Road
This first phase of the 2026 Street Improvement Project is part of the City’s long-term Pavement Management Plan and may include roadway improvements in your neighborhood. The project will focus on full-depth reclamation, drainage enhancements, and pavement restoration, with construction anticipated for spring–summer 2026. There will be no special assessments associated with this project.
Community Engagement and Feedback
Your input is important to us. We invite you to share any concerns you may have related to drainage or other aspects of the roadway in your area. While we may not be able to resolve every issue, feedback from residents is a valuable part of our planning process.
