2024 Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
Position Summary:
The Finance Manager is a position responsible for the strategic direction, planning and management of the financial operations of the City. This position performs highly technical accounting work in the areas of internal controls, financial reporting and budgeting. The Finance Manager position supervises and manages the City’s accounts payable / accounts receivable and cash balancing functions; payroll reporting, annual budgeting process, cash management, debt programs and manages grant programs and activities. This position also assists and advises the City Administrator regarding fund investments, annual budgets and the generation of various reports for review by the City Council. Working with the City Administrator, this position also currently supports and provides similar services to the City of Woodland, Minnesota.
