Upcoming work
Starting tomorrow, the contractor will be doing clearing and grubbing work on Ridgewood Road required for the project. Clearing refers to removal of vegetation and grubbing is removal of roots that may remain in the soil. The contractor will also be removing the asphalt on Ridgewood Road and beginning excavation.
The intersection of Ridgewood Road and Vine Hill Road is still scheduled to be closed for construction during MEA weekend, October 17-20, while Deephaven Elementary School is not in session.

Temporary mailboxes
Temporary mailboxes will be set up at the corner of Wyndhill Circle and Ridgewood Road on Friday.
Waste
Please place your waste receptacles out for pickup as you normally do. The contractor will coordinate with the waste haulers if they need to be moved for pickup. If they do need to be moved, the contractor will bring them back to where you placed them.
